Bay-window stucco return — same-day repair

Scaffolding went up at 8:53 AM. By 1:00 PM the bay-window return was back in place with a fresh scratch coat and ready to match the existing finish. This is the kind of clean, single-day repair we do for homeowners who don't want a job that drags.

Historic 1920s Spanish home — window restoration

A historic Spanish-style home built in the 1920s in the Golden Hill neighborhood of San Diego. The original textured-stucco walls had failed around one of the front windows. We removed the damaged stucco, installed new paper and wire lath, then matched the surrounding hand-troweled texture and color so the patch disappears into a wall that's nearly a century old.

New-construction single-story home

A new-build single-story home with a Spanish clay-tile roof. We picked up the project at the wood-framing stage, installed paper and wire lath across the entire exterior, and finished it with a smooth-coat white stucco. Coordinated with the framer, roofer, and GC to keep the schedule on track from rough-in to ready-for-paint.

Side-wall stucco replacement

An older home where the side-wall stucco had reached end of life. We tore out the failed material, set fresh tar paper and wire lath, then applied a clean smooth-coat finish that ties into the existing brick chimney and patio. Two weeks start to finish.

Exterior re-stucco — old siding to fresh smooth coat

A single-story home with tired sage-green wood-look siding. Owners wanted a clean, modern look that would still feel right in the neighborhood. We re-skinned the exterior in fresh smooth white stucco while keeping the home's signature green roof trim, giving it a fresh coastal-California feel without changing the bones.
